45m2 loft in Poblenou (Barcelona), on the 4th floor of a beautiful building built in the 1920s. The loft is very bright and sunny. It was renovated recently, using only high-quality materials. Traditional architectural elements have been tastefully combined with modern architecture. The loft has a small kitchen (with a fridge, coffee maker, kettle and microwave) and a bathroom (with shower). The floor is made of traditional hidràulicos (colored ceramic tiles). The entire loft can be cooled/heated by an air conditioner, with slatted blinds on the windows to provide shade. The bedroom area has indirect LED lighting, a beautiful double bed and various hanging and storage options. The bedroom area is connected to a sunny gallery by a large window front. The gallery has various seating options and a built-in cupboard.
Location:
The loft is located in Barcelona, in the district of Poblenou. This district is currently less touristy than other parts of the city and has therefore retained its authenticity. The loft is located two blocks away from the Rambla de Poblenou and is right next to an indoor market and a large supermarket. The sea and the beach are about 750 meters away. The metro station is 450 meters away and various buses stop near the loft. Also, there are several good restaurants nearby.

The loft can only be rented for full weeks (from Friday to Friday)
